Redesign Cervecería Hondureña's corporate website under AB InBev's international guidelines.

Solution

For Cervecería Hondureña we had the mission of redesigning its website under the standards that AB InBev requires of all

companies that belong to its group.


In the first stage, we evaluated their previous site and how we could improve it not only visually but also technically. We started with really simple questions: What CMS is it built on? What's the loading time? What are the most visited pages (we learned this because they already had Google Analytics installed). Does it have a mobile version? Is it easy to navigate? Among other questions that helped us build a solid plan going forward.


In the second stage, we gather all the information to create the wireframes/mockups and get a clear idea of how we wanted the new website to look. This step is very important for receiving feedback and making the necessary adjustments before beginning the final design.


Finally, with the final design approved, we begin to build the new website based on feedback from the client and, of course, from AB InBev.
